The new Cisco 360 partner program reflects a shift from a transaction-based reward system to a value-based approach. The new program, effective February 2026, consolidates multiple incentive structures into a single, value-based Cisco Partner Incentive (CPI), Cisco Channel Chief Rodney Clark told CRN of the all-new partner program that was unveiled at Cisco Partner Summit 2024.
