AMD CEO: Annual AI Chip Revenue To Reach Tens Of Billions In ‘Coming Years’

After making more than $5 billion from Instinct data center GPUs in 2024, AMD CEO Lisa Su said in a fourth-quarter earnings call that the company expects to generate tens of billions of dollars in annual revenue from the product segment in the “coming years.”
