Partners: ‘Aggressive’ Microsoft Cloud Renewal Outreach Is Doing Damage

Microsoft contractors are sending emails and making phone calls to customers behind the backs of partners in a bid to drive cloud renewals. Partners say the calls anger customers and jeopardize their role as trusted advisors.
